The Focus tool creates a short-term forum where ideas, executions and use case scenarios can be discussed. Conversations can be in the form of text, voice or video. A moderator can be recruited or use your own to manage the forum. Our Qwizard™ tool can configure queries and their flight path. Other tools enable the moderator to annotate conversations on the fly. The Audience Finder can help you recruit any audience sample on demand or you can use your own customer data. Infographic reports and other data reports are provided for additional analysis.
